Every base + checked upgrade reconciles to the engine totals EXACTLY (22-check verify battery, adversarially recomputed from the written payload). The upgrade carries what the engine itself allocated to foam: board, heavy fasteners, slip sheet, custom-depth trim uplift, 4 man-days on the main. Honesty note: the engine prices detached-roof labor as flat man-days with no foam allocation, so the detached upgrade is materials-only. Proxy flags unchanged: foam $4.00/sqft DERIVED-PROXY (no product ever selected - your pick); ASC 24ga panel basis dated 2026-03-17. One checkbox drives both scopes in the editor.

The editor and the new proposal pages are being ported from the Revis editor-first workflow: additive line-item pricing, keyless cross-device autosave, jurisdiction-computed permit fee (Kootenai County), labor-model knobs, and gate-checked rendering. Each deploy replaces this page at the same URL.
