Was missing - fixed today
- FIXED No decision register existed for Ferris. DECISIONS.md created at repo root, 8 seed entries, append-only (commit f2f698b).
- FIXED The 2026-08-07 build lived in an UNVERSIONED loose folder (Ferris-ReRoof-Proposal\, v1-v4 + 44 QA rasters). Rescued into the repo intact, 85 files (commit e1319e1). Original untouched.
- CLOSED The Mac release blocker (Ana Ferris / 14946 S Loffs Bay Rd near-match). County ArcGIS: Loffs Bay is not a situs address for any parcel; it is street-range frontage interpolation on parcel 49N04W-23-5000 = 10418 S Ferris Ln, FERRIS LAKE HOME LLP, 17.27 ac. Same property; CompanyCam label is a legacy frontage address. Verdict committed (595190e).
- FIXED Permit seed was an unsourced $375. Jurisdiction established: unincorporated Kootenai County, computed $235 re-roof + $141 application = $376 flat (Res 2026-62).
Still open - being worked or needs your eyes
- CONTENT Creative terminology (your fail today). Audit DONE: 17 correction rows across ~24 instances ("air/vapor membrane" alone appears 10 times), 9 specs implying decisions never made, 4 sequence/structure issues. Biggest catch: the spec's "Malarkey 401 SA" membrane is banned under metal roofs by its own data sheet - the metal-rated product is Malarkey 406 Secure Start HT. Also: the real unvented foam upgrade IS bound by IRC R806.5 (R-20 CZ5), which the old text waved off via the nonexistent vent channel. What survived verification: Span-Lok hp specs, all four color SRI/LRV pairs, and the layer sequence itself. Full table: model/TERMINOLOGY-AUDIT.md.
- CONTENT Colors and visualizers: recorded 8/07 (four AEP color directions + 4 committed renders) then DROPPED by the later pipeline. Being restored per-option, same angle, per the sent-proposal structure.
- PRICING Rigid foam board insulation moving to optional upgrade per your direction today; base restates downward, reconciliation exact either way. It is unvented - the "vented nail-base" wording in the 2026-08-07 pricing docs was document drift with no product selection behind it.
- PRICING No supplier quotes ever arrived (Gmail swept: no Span-Lok / MS1.5 / MS-100 / insulation quotes). Proxy basis stands and stays flagged: rigid foam board $4.00/sqft DERIVED-PROXY (no product ever selected); ASC 24ga panel basis dated 2026-03-17. A real quote pre-signing swaps in without touching her price.
- PRICING Gutters remain unpriced - same-coil/manufacturer provenance gate never satisfied in writing. Stays a visible unpriced alternate, never a zero-dollar line.
- CUSTOMER Nothing has ever been sent to Anna. She called 8/21 asking for her quote. The 8/12 Gmail draft carries the retired (208) 487-6638 in the signature - draft gets rebuilt with 208-508-ROOF; nothing goes out without your release.
- CONTRACT Parcel owner of record is FERRIS LAKE HOME LLP, not Anna Ferris personally. Who signs is your call; flag rides on the staged proposal.
Stale-memory corrections from the sweep: seed_anna_ferris.mjs does not exist on this PC; the pricing spine clone is at src\ketron-quote-win, not ~/src/ketron-quote.
